Bottom line: We have just about 2 GB, certainly less than 10 GB. What we are dealing with can fit on a modern laptop.

- Record size for mooring data depends on number of profile depths in the record, up to 60 levels for ADCP data
- Double precision (8-bytes) used for AUVCTD NetCDF data

Notes:
- Flag variables in the netCDF files are not counted
- Foreign keys in the database tables are not counted
- A Date Range is show if Ferret is able to show it (many of these data sets exceed Ferret's 750,000 record limit on irregular axis data)
- Single precision (4-byte) floating point values for variable storage
